Lakeside display village nearing completion

Work at Devine’s landmark Lakeside community is on track with landscaping of the linear reserve, main reserve and all street scaping and street trees in the first stage (stage 6A) containing the display village all complete.

All of the 31 display homes are now fully operational and the village is looking very well established. The impressive main reserve contains irrigated lawn areas, a playground and shelter structure as well as advanced tree planting and garden beds. Construction of the Devine Homes Town House and Mews dwellings is well underway.

Meanwhile, in Stage 10A, approximately 20 homes have already been completed and residents have moved in. In Stage 10B, all civil works have been completed and all builders can access the site for construction and the same goes for stage 9. Construction is well advanced on Stage 11, with completion expected by April 2010 and construction on stage 6C has also commenced for a May 2010 completion.
