Choice opportunities still available at Lakeside

Homebuyers and investors still have 149 lots to choose from in the latest four stages that Devine has released in its beautiful Lakeside community at Andrews Farm. This is despite almost 64% of the available lots in these stages now reserved or in the unconditional phase.

The four stages totaled 310 lots altogether – a major offering that brought enthusiastic buyer response. Together, they represented some of the biggest choices of land and land-plus- homes packages on offer recently in this in-demand area north of Adelaide.

Availability details:

• Stage 6A – just 7 of the 43 lots remain for sale
• Stage 7 – 34 available from 92 lots
• Stage 10A – 38 available from 103 lots
• Stage 10B – 70 available from 72 lots

The $300 million master planned community, 34 km from the CBD, covers areas on either side of Smith Creek at Andrews Farm. When complete, approximately 1034 dwellings will be constructed, home to more than 2,400 residents.

Devine plans to finalise landscaping in stage 6A, the display village site, by next month, and in Stages 7, 10A and 10B by October.
