New Lakeside shows strong early buyer potential

Devine is powering ahead with major works and marketing at its dynamic Petherton Road Lakeside community in Andrews Farm.

With 416 lots in the western sector and 605 in the east - and in beautiful Andrews Farm - this estate promises to have all of the buyer appeal of the initial Lakeside that sold out recently.

Already buyers have shown very keen interest, reserving more than 27 of the 48 lots available in the initial stage 6A and 22 of the 122-lot Stage 10A.

Devine says civil works due to start this month in Stage 6A will be completed by January 2009, while similar works for the western parcel of 10A, the Vines, start in August.

Stage 6A will be the location, too, of a spectacular 33-home Battle of the Builders display village through which some of the State's leading builders compete for buyer attention with side-by-side display homes.

It is due to open January 2009.
