Lakeside Sells Out Quickly in a Hot Adelaide Market

Sizzling demand has engulfed Devine’s beautiful Lakeside community 28km north of Adelaide – it is completely sold out.

The company had 209 blocks at Andrews Farm in the City of Playford, one of South Australia’s prime economic centres. With hectares of beautiful lakes, playgrounds, and bike and walking trails on their doorstep and the famed Barossa wine region also just 16km northwest.

Company management said sales were very strong throughout all five stages, and as the development took shape, they were more and more rapid.

Now all civil works have been completed on every stage, as are the reserves, walking trails and parks in stages 1, 2 and 3.

The company expects to finalise the recreation park in stages 4 and 5 by next month and footpaths and verges by mid December.

Sales rates have reinforced Devine’s reputation as a quality developer.
