Lakeside a Winner with Property Buyers

Lakeside – the Devine community in Andrews Farm is proving very popular, with 113 settlements occurring recently, and the first house in stage 3 handed over on April 13.

The breakdown:

• Stage 1 – all 42 settlements completed
• Stage 2 – 33 settlements completed
• Stage 3 – 19 settlements completed + first house handed over; and
• Stages 4 & 5 – 19 settlements completed.

Registration occurred for stages 4 and 5 on March 27 and settlements started on April 5.

Other important milestones for these stages included the completion of bulk earthworks, electrical energisation, kerbing, storm water and sewerage, and water infrastructure.

Civil works are now 95% complete overall.
